The reserve is open 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Access to the valley is limited on certain dates between June and September and in case of private events.
Bookings are compulsory, ideally 72 hours in advance. Ferney reserves the right to cancel all activities planned in light of bad weather or emergencies.
